Order Dispatch
Once placed, your order will be packed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
Please note: during busy sale period this may change to 2 to 5 days. No matter what, we’ll always do our best to ship your order to you as soon as possible.
If you have purchased a personalised item, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be dispatched.
Orders within Australia
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and Aramex. We offer both express and standard delivery options. Please select your delivery method at the checkout.
Express Shipping - 1-3 working days* via Australia Post

Standard Shipping - 2 to 10 working days via Australia Post or Aramex
Australia Wide. This service is Carbon Neutral.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post standard and DHL*
Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order.
Standard shipping - 3 to 21 days
Express Shipping - 3 to 10 working days (Shipped via Australia Post express)
If you are aware of which of our couriers is best used for your country please let the warehouse team know by contacting info@equipadeqeustrian.com. We can take this into consideration before dispatching your order.
Customs & Duties Charges
Individual countries and their local authority are subject to charge customs and duties fees. Import taxes and fees are completely out of our control and must be paid by the recipient so we recommend contacting your local customs office to check if taxes apply and how much they may be.
If delivery is refused and is returned to the sender, your order will be refunded less the original shipping costs.
We believe in honesty so we will not mark your parcel as a ‘gift’ or ‘sample’ to avoid you paying taxes/import fees.
Currency Changes
Please Note, there may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
Delivery
I need to change the shipping address on my order?
A change of address can only be applied before your order is packed and shipped. Once your order has been picked up and a tracking email has been sent to you, we are unable to change your address and you will need to contact the shipment on your tracking to arrange a change of address.
My order has been shipped but seems to be delayed?
Keep an eye on your tracking to follow your order’s progress. If your tracking does not update within a few days, please contact us via email info@equipadequestrian.com and we will assist.
