At Equipad, we stand behind the quality of our horse and rider wear. We offer a comprehensive 3-month guarantee, ensuring that if any product you purchase from us has a manufacturing fault, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Your item/s can be returned within up 14 days from your delivery date for a refund. Your item/s can be returned up to 30 days from your delivery date for a Store Credit or an exchange.
Can I return (refund) or exchange my item/s?
YES
We can accept returns and exchanges for:
- orders delivered within the last 14 days (30 days for exchanges).
- faulty items or the item is damaged and the packaging is fine (i.e. not damaged by shipping)
- Items that have all tags attached
- unworn (only tried once) and unwashed in the original packaging
NO
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns for items that:
were delivered more than 14 days ago
- does not have the original tags attached
- has visibly been worn or the item has been tried on your horse or has other animal/human hair.
- are gift cards/vouchers
- was purchased on sale or at a discounted price
- is a saddle pad or tail boot
Once placed, your order will be packed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
Please note: during busy sale period this may change to 2 to 5 days. No matter what, we’ll always do our best to ship your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note: returns for refunds, a 15% fee applies from the total order value. This figure will be taken from your final refund amount.
Please note, for sold out stock: any items that are sold out at the time of request for an exchange, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange or refund for this item. We can offer a return for store credit.
Within Australia - Yes, we now offer free returns and exchanges for your first return or exchange of the order. For secondary exchanges or returns, the cost of shipping is to be covered by the customer.
Outside of Australia - Unfortunately at this stage when returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for the shipping cost. These costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and signed service and to keep your receipt as this is your proof of postage in the unfortunate case the item may become lost in transit.
If your item has been deemed faulty after contacting our support team, you will need to pay for your shipment and send a proof of receipt to info@equipadequestrian.com. Return shipping costs will only be credited up to $45.00 AUD.

Once your item has been received, we will refund your item within 10 working days. You will receive an email notification with your refund details. Once the refund has been processed please allow up to 10 working days for it to process back into the payment method you originally used to purchase with.
Oh no, we're so sorry to hear. Please contact us immediately at info@equipadequestrian.com with your order number and photos of your item/s, we will get back to you within 24 hours to assist with getting things fixed up for you.
Please note: you have 30 days to contact us from the time of purchase to return a faulty or incorrect item, outside of this period your return will be ineligible.
